Please Read all of this info BEFORE placing your order from our farm. This makes everything smoother, the world go round, etc etc etc. If you have placed an order we are working under the assumption you have read and agree to these terms.

GUARANTEE

Each listing is for ONE dahlia Tuber unless otherwise specified. We guarantee they will be true to ID. We take a lot of time and effort to ensure you receive a viable tuber with an eye. We cull heavily and take precaution for ensure healthy plants during the growing season.

REFUND POLICY/CANCELLATIONS

Each tuber is inspected before packed and shipped. Open and inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If you have an issue when your product arrives, please email us within 5 days, wanderlustflowerfarm@gmail.com… rather than contact via social media, that can get missed easily. Please include photos of the issue so we can help resolve and diagnose. After 5 days you accept full responsibility of your tubers.

We Do Not refund for damage due to nature and bad weather, pests, poor field conditions, negligence, rot after planting, or plant performance.

We allow cancellations within 2 weeks of when your order has been placed…however all cancelled orders are subject to a 20% restock fee.

DAHLIA TUBER SHIPPING

Please be patient! We will ship when the weather is safe for your zone. THIS WILL HAPPEN APRIL-MAY. If you are not ready to plant them upon receipt, store them in a bag, opened, OUT of sunlight and between 65-70 degrees.

REPLACEMENTS

Due to logistics, we do not offer replacements. If a refund is warranted we will refund the full purchase price of that tuber.

NO CART HOLDS

Verify your email and shipping address. Items in your cart are not guaranteed until the checkout process is complete. Items may disappear in your cart while you are shopping if they were placed in another cart and they check out before you. This means it has SOLD out. You will receive an email confirmation and receipt once you have placed your order. If you are a new customer, check your junk folder.
